Job Description
Dohrn Transfer is seeking a Full-Time Customer Support Representative to join their team at the Milwaukee, WI terminal. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and issues, and acting as a liaison between the customer and the company. Requirements
- Field inbound emails, chats and calls providing exceptional customer experience
- Respond to inquiries with excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Trace and monitor accounts to ensure on-time delivery
- Assist with scheduling pickups and completing deliveries
- Educate, when possible, self-service options
- Perform other duties as needed
