Job Description
DOF Subsea is seeking a detailed-oriented and client-focused Structural Engineer for the Offshore and Work Division. This role involves design, installation oversight, and mentoring of junior engineers, focusing on seafastenings, vessel deck structures, and other associated activities. The position reports to the Project Technical/Engineering Manager and requires collaboration with both offshore and onshore personnel.
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ marine operations project planning & execution experience with special emphasis on structural design.
- Extensive technical and operational experience planning and supervising marine crane lifts.
- Extensive technical and operational working experience in offshore and subsea construction environments.
- Bachelor of Science degree in a related engineering field.
- Professional engineering license.
- Willingness to travel to vessel mobilization sites.
- Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.
