The Training Specialist designs, develops, and delivers learning programs that enhance performance and data quality across Dodge Content teams.
Requirements
- Develop and manage structured learning paths for new hires, as well as ongoing role-based training.
- Create digital training modules, quick guides, and assessments in the LMS and SOP platforms
- Deliver live and recorded training sessions to reinforce learning objectives
- Collaborate with managers and SMEs to identify training needs and skill gaps
- Update and maintain training materials to reflect current SOPs, data workflows, and governance requirements
- Measure training effectiveness using assessment scores, feedback, and KPI outcomes
- Partner with the Governance Specialist to ensure training aligns with approved SOPs
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence across Content
