[MY] Intern, Data Analyst

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Data Analyst Intern to help the team building a well-structured data warehouse and using it to transform business needs into data visualizations to help the organization make decisions effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SQL (ability to write basic queries)
• Experience with data visualization tools like Looker, Looker Studio, or equivalent BI tools is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Understanding the 'Why': Eager to ask clarifying questions about data requests to ensure accurate and relevant results
• Coachability & Active Listening: Open to receiving and acting on feedback from senior analysts and team members
• Accountability for Tasks: Demonstrated ability to deliver assigned tasks on time and to the required quality standards
• Comfortable with multi-tasking and strong attention to detail
• Quick learner and proven ability to adapt to situations quickly
• Familiar with data warehousing fundamental concepts and ETL processes
• Understanding basic database normalization concepts and entity relationships, and follows established data models
