As a Business Development Representative, you will monitor and respond to internet leads and phone traffic while maintaining high levels of performance related to message response times and scheduling of service appointments. You will be one of the first points of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in following script, call tracking, data entry of customer information, needs assessment, objection handling and appointment conversions.
