Newbuilding Surveyor for DNV - Area North China, responsible for performing new building surveys on ships, ensuring smooth project execution, and certification of materials and components.

Requirements

• Perform new building surveys on ships according to rules and regulations.
• Ensure smooth execution of projects in collaboration with the PM and peers on-site.
• Proactive and smooth communication with the shipyard and owner's representatives.
• Certification and verification of materials and components under class and non-class related systems and processes.
• Manage a group of customers and interact with colleagues from all over the world to follow up on their needs.
• Be the advisor of our customers to guide them in the regulatory landscape of the maritime industry and support their development.
• Conduct all activities in a safe manner with due regard to your own safety and the safety of others.
