General Manager – Mechanical (HVAC) & Plumbing Division

DNM Group is seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead our Building & Construction Division, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and a culture of leadership throughout the business. The General Manager – Mechanical (HVAC) & Plumbing Division is a key leadership role responsible for the strategic, financial, and operational success of our mechanical contracting operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in mechanical contracting, HVAC, electrical or plumbing operations
• Proven success managing large-scale mechanical and plumbing projects or multi-division operations
• Strong financial acumen — including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
• Deep technical understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical design-build, and plumbing infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams
• Post-secondary education in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or Business (degree or diploma)
