Job Description
dnata Catering is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join their Brisbane, CA team. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, enhancing efficiencies, and implementing strategies to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be passionate about process improvement, data analysis, and employee development, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Analyzing material and information flow for improvements in productivity.
- Managing Unit management in productivity, material, waste, safety, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Providing insights through Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping, and Kanban systems.
- Performing diagnostics on cost drivers and managing Change Management.
