Job Description
DMI is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the delivery and future state solution of a large-scale ServiceNow initiative, supporting ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Security Operations, and Strategic Portfolio Management. The role focuses on scalability, security, and best practices in the platform, and involves automation and workflow standardization. This position requires a ServiceNow expert focused on ensuring platform efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
- Own ServiceNow platform architecture, roadmap, and design standards.
- Lead alignment across applications, infrastructure, and services.
- Architect integrations (directory/identity, monitoring/event management, ERP/finance, endpoint management tools).
- Establish and enforce development best practices: security, ACL/RBAC, Flow Designer, ATF, release pipelines.
- Guide product owners, developers, and admins; approve solution designs.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and upgrade readiness.
- Build dashboards that show operational value and outcomes.
