The Marketing Manager will execute integrated digital and traditional marketing campaigns to drive exhibitor, delegate and visitor growth for the Energy Exhibition.
Requirements
- Integrated Campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social, search, digital display, and partnerships to achieve audience and revenue targets.
- Digital Marketing Execution: Deliver paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta), SEO optimisation, and remarketing activities. Track, analyse and optimise performance to improve ROI.
- Database Growth & Segmentation: Build, verify, and expand target databases using internal records, industry directories, content leads and partnerships. Manage segmentation, scoring, and campaign targeting.
- Email Marketing & Automation: Build and deploy automated email journeys and nurture flows to convert leads and re-engage past audiences. Monitor metrics and optimise performance.
- Website & Content Management: Maintain and update web content, landing pages, and event listings to ensure accuracy, engagement and strong conversion performance.
- Analytics & Reporting: Maintain weekly Excel-based dashboards on campaign performance, audience data and lead generation; provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Onsite Support: Assist with onsite marketing activities — registration, branding, media relations, and data capture.
