Job Description
As the Manager, Sales Excellence, you will drive sales performance, lead a team, and support digital transformation and business re-engineering projects. You will manage key accounts, grow long-term business relationships, and develop new business opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of sales experience in horeca industry
- Network of existing customers and contacts (bakers/chefs/owners/F&B management/purchasing) across bakery industry
- Ambitious, self-motivated and result-oriented with strong interpersonal, presentation skills and negotiation skills
- Good command in both written and spoken English & Cantonese
- Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
