Job Description
We're looking for a Marketplace Operations Executive to support process improvements, solve operational challenges, and shape the future of Marketplace for our customers. As a subject matter expert, you'll work closely with teams across Technology, Digital Product, Finance, and Online Operations to build this exciting new capability.
Requirements
- Acting as a subject matter expert on Seller performance, compliance, and operations.
- Supporting the quality and integrity of products listed on Marketplace.
- Maintaining reporting to track KPIs and flagging where action is required.
- Ensuring all Sellers adhere to Tesco Marketplace guidelines.
- Responding quickly to emerging compliance or operational challenges and helping improve relevant processes.
- Contributing to weekly stakeholder meetings.
