Requirements
- Experience in managing digital products, including defining product vision, scoping, creating backlog, prioritizing resources, managing roadmaps, collaborating with multi-functional teams, deploying products (release versions);
- Front-to-back acting, from discovery to delivery;
- Ease of managing documentation, organizing knowledge bases, and ensuring good 'taxonomy' organization;
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence, including different concepts, techniques, and tools, such as machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning;
- Practical experience in applying these technologies in projects for clients (or in a specific company);
- Analytical skills to collect, analyze, and interpret user, market, and product data, using appropriate tools and techniques to extract actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making;
- Communication skills to clearly, concisely, and persuasively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients, development teams, executives, and partners - equalizing everything in a common language;
- Inspiring leadership to motivate and guide a multi-functional team composed of professionals from different areas, promoting a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work environment;
- Visionary strategic thinking to identify market opportunities, define product vision, and develop products that meet client expectations and contribute to growth and digital transformation;
