We are looking for a Senior Security Analyst to lead the strategy, governance, and evolution of security at Distrito. This position will play a key role in protecting our environments, products, and data, acting in a strategic and technical manner, in partnership with technology and business teams, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and security from the conception of solutions, in a dynamic and innovation-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Lead the implementation and evolution of Security Information Policies
- Structure and maintain the Security Governance Program (based on ISO 27001, NIST, LGPD)
- Conduct advanced risk analysis and propose mitigation plans
- Coordinate and execute vulnerability tests and pentests (open source and commercial tools)
- Implement and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and monitoring solutions
- Lead incident response and business continuity plans
- Act as a technical reference for infrastructure and development teams (DevSecOps)
- Define security standards for applications, networks, and infrastructure
- Conduct internal security awareness training
- Support audits, compliance, and regulatory adequacies
- Evaluate security vendors and solutions
