Job Description
Distribusion is the world's leading ground transportation marketplace, connecting bus, rail, and ferry operators with online retailers. We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our engineering teams and drive project delivery, scaling business activity with our Carriers and Retailers.

- Manage, lead, and grow Engineering teams
- Advocate and drive projects to develop our Tech brand
- Increase the quality and stability of our services
- Establish Tech org structure in the domain
- Plan resources of the team according to the roadmap quarterly
- Be responsible for Incident management
- Take responsibility of the architectural design within the domain
