Member Service Rep I (Teller)

The successful MSR I (Teller) is an enthusiastic employee who provides outstanding service to CU members, handles basic teller duties, and builds member relationships by actively suggesting credit union products and services.

Requirements

• Represent the Credit Union in a courteous and professional manner.
• Operate on-line teller terminal to perform various transactions.
• Process cash advances, cashiers' checks, money orders, government bonds, and similar transactions.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of member account information.
• Maintain security of assigned cash and cash items.
