Software Engineer

We are looking for top-notch software engineers to join the Search Backend Index Distribution Team. The team will be responsible for delivering terabytes of data from our index generation hadoop cluster to our query serving nodes.

Requirements

• Define and implement complex software applications using Java
• Collaborate with engineers, QA, and operations teams to develop strategic and tactical solutions
• Estimate engineering effort, plan implementations, and rollout for complex search applications with implications to cross-functional teams
• Must be able to code and test major features
