Plan and manage one or more IT systems development projects supporting the Multifamily business unit. Manage initial evaluation and determination of projects in the Multifamily portfolio. Develop and manage project scope and requirements in coordination with business partners, technology and operations staff. Responsible for tracking attainment of project milestones. Managing resource and project budgeting for individual projects. May provide technical oversight to some staff. Serve as administrator for one or more applications being rolled out on Salesforce.
