Real Estate Associate sought to join an Am Law 200 firm's Real Estate Practice Group in Denver, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, or New York. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions and excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
- Strong experience with real estate finance, leasing, development, and joint venture transactions
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to work effectively with sophisticated clients and in a collaborative team environment
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
