Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Junior to Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join a top-tier national law firm's Real Property practice group in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of transactional real estate experience, with a focus on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, secured financing, or similar transactions.

• Minimum of 2 years of real estate transactional experience at a law firm
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently while collaborating with partners
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Admission to or eligibility for the California State Bar
