Intellectual Property Patent Agent (Electrical, Software, or Computer Science) with expertise in electrical engineering, software, computer science, or related fields. Draft and prosecute patent applications, conduct prior art searches, and assist in developing patent strategies for clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
- Experience with AI and machine learning patents is preferred.
- Admission to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is required.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a client-focused, team-oriented environment.
