Finance Associate (Restructuring/Special Situations) - NY

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in financial restructuring (Big Law experience preferred)
• Familiarity with Chapter 11, distressed asset transactions, and bankruptcy litigation
• Strong academic record from a top-tier law school
• Active and in good standing with the New York State Bar (or eligible to waive in)
