Corporate Restructuring Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking a Corporate Restructuring Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join a top-tier national law firm's Financial Restructuring practice in its New York office. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience handling sophisticated restructuring matters.

Requirements

• Representing institutional and private credit lenders and large public and private companies in in-court and out-of-court restructuring matters
• Negotiating and drafting loan and credit documents
• Exercising lender remedies and drafting core restructuring documents and pleadings
• Collaborating with partners and clients on complex financial restructuring matters

Benefits

• Base salary: $310,000 – $390,000
