Job Description
Direct Counsel is working with an elite Am Law 100 firm seeking a junior to senior associate to join its nationally recognized Antitrust and Competition team in Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, San Francisco or New York. This team is part of a rapidly growing practice, offering associates the chance to work on high-impact matters at the forefront of antitrust law.
Requirements
- Represent clients in government investigations, enforcement actions, and complex civil antitrust litigation.
- Manage all stages of litigation including discovery, pretrial motions, and case strategy.
- Interact with enforcement agencies such as the DOJ and FTC, as well as state attorneys general.
- Conduct internal investigations and advise clients on antitrust compliance.
- Collaborate across teams and offices in a dynamic, fast-paced practice.
