Dillon is looking for a Discipline Lead - Data Integration Services to fill an existing vacancy within our multidisciplinary team of professionals. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on new and exciting projects, lead a talented team of technical experts, and foster a culture of innovation.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of relevant experience
• A degree in Computer Science, Science, Engineering, GIS, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is considered an asset
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a Consulting Environment
• A minimum of 10 years of Project Management experience specifically in GIS & Data Analytics
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• A passion for innovation, an aptitude for leveraging technology and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
• Deep understanding of the geospatial and data analytics markets, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities
• Strong business development acumen, with a successful track record of identifying, pursuing, and winning new business opportunities in the market
• Demonstrated project management expertise through planning and managing projects of increasing size and complexity, from initiation through to evaluation
