Advisory Specialist

As an Advisory Specialist at Diligent, you will be responsible for delivering professional services to customers and implementing Diligent's solutions related to Entity Management. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure great customer experience and timely delivery of services.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in an internal or external client-facing or consulting role
• Advanced SQL skills including complex joins, windows functions, stored procedures, performance tuning and complex queries optimizations
• Knowledge of database structure language, such as SQL or T-SQL
• Expert level data manipulation in spreadsheets (Excel, Access)
• Customer First mindset
• Effective time management and organization skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about GRC
• Excellent communication skills
