Advisory and Consulting Manager

Diligent is seeking an Advisory and Consulting Manager to lead customer adoption project teams and drive adoption of Diligent solutions. The successful candidate will be passionate about technology, creatively and commercially driven, and committed to delivering a beautiful customer experience.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in an internal or external client-facing or consulting role
• Advanced SQL skills including complex joins, windows functions, stored procedures, performance tuning and complex queries optimisations
• Knowledge of database structure language, such as SQL or T-SQL
• Expert level data manipulation in spreadsheets (Excel, Access)
• Customer First mindset
• Effective time management and organisation skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work as part of a Global team
• Passionate about GRC
• Excellent communication skills
