Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Clinical Robot Associate to work in Columbus, OH. As part of Diligent Robotics' founding operations team, you will assist with the safe clinical use of robots in hospital environments and help design and implement processes as the organization scales.
Requirements
- Monitor and safely assist mobile service robots in a hospital environment
- Collect data and troubleshoot in a variety of real-world situations
- Prioritize the customer experience and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded
- Communicate with hospital staff and the public regarding robot operation
- Supervise and lead a team of Clinical Robot Associates
- Prepare and publish monthly schedules
- Onboard and train new Clinical Robot Associates
- Approve time cards and escalate corrective action issues
