Job Description
As a Web Developer, you'll join a high-performing team to build scalable, lightning-fast websites, delivering 6 websites per month, each with around 20 pages. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a productised service offering from scratch, working with strategy, content, and design teams in a content-led, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Strong front-end development: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with custom coding (no-template builds)
- Familiarity with Java, responsive frameworks, and CMS platforms
- AI/SEO optimisation: schema markup, metadata, structured content
- Proficient in Figma — able to interpret and occasionally refine designs
- Understanding of version control (Git)
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong eye for design — pixel-aware and brand-consistent
- Self-driven with a desire to grow and develop
- Comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with content and marketing teams
