Job Description
DigitalOcean is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to help optimize its Product-Led Sales (PLS) program. The ideal candidate will have experience in growth marketing, data analysis, and strategic project management, and will be able to drive operational excellence, experiment and iterate, and collaborate across functions.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and scaling Product-Led Sales or growth programs
- Strong ability to connect activity to outcomes through reporting and attribution
- Exceptional attention to detail, cross-functional coordination, and prioritization skills
- History of partnering effectively with Sales, RevOps, and Data teams
- Ability to evaluate and optimize processes, data pipelines, and reporting frameworks
