Job Description
Digital Catapult is seeking a strategic Head of Talent Management to lead talent strategy and foster a culture of learning, engagement, and high performance. This role will involve attracting, developing, and retaining top talent aligned with the company’s ambitions to accelerate application of deep tech to equip the UK. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating inclusive environments and driving measurable impact.
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior talent management leadership roles.
- Expertise in learning and development, talent acquisition, and organizational culture.
- Strong business partnering skills.
- Passion for creating inclusive, high-performing environments.
- Strategic mindset and hands-on data-driven decision-making.
- Background working in digital/deep technology or innovation is a plus.
