- In-depth experience with automation tools like Microsoft Power Automate, Make.com, or Zapier
- Ability to develop and didactically prepare new teaching material independently
- Relevant certifications like Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate, as well as desirable pedagogical qualifications like a Train-the-Trainer certificate
- Secure handling of APIs (REST/JSON), Webhooks, Cloud databases, and modern SaaS ecosystems
