Requirements

• 3+ years of related talent acquisition experience
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, hiring for Technology and Non Technology roles across the region
• Demonstrated experience using multiple creative sourcing techniques to identify niche skill sets
• Knowledge of HR policies, best practices, and legal requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to assess and evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Exceptional relationship management, critical thinking/problem-solving and decision-making abilities
