Requirements
- Find and win suitable talents through active sourcing on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
- Conduct job interviews and recognize whether candidates fit our requirements and our culture
- Create convincing job advertisements and place them targeted on job portals and social media channels
- Develop and optimize social recruiting funnels to proactively address new applicants
- Design and accompany a smooth, motivating onboarding process for new team members
- Screen and filter applications with a clear view of quality, potential and team fit
- Work closely with management, receive clear goal-setting and direct exchange on an equal footing
