Job Description
Pammys is a fast-growing Footwear Brand in Europe, seeking a Head of Influencer Marketing Sales to drive the growth of their influencer marketing channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling the influencer sales team, developing clear sales strategies, and driving business results.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Sales, Talent Management, or Performance Marketing
- Proven track record of building and scaling performance-driven influencer setups
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram as performance channels
- Excellent negotiation skills with creators, agencies, and management
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on mentality
- Very good German and English language skills
