Job Description
Performs basic installation and minor repairs on DN products and services, provides scheduled cleanings and other basic maintenance.
Requirements
- Prioritizes and plans service calls in accordance with customer service level agreements
- Contacts customers to communicate estimated time of arrival
- Promotes high quality of service and follows through to ensure call completion
- Maintains customer satisfaction by ensuring communication and a professional demeanor and appearance
- Performs basic installation functions
- Performs technical fixes
- Supports service technicians by performing preventive maintenance inspections
- Develops understanding of operating standards, practices and procedures
