Diebold Nixdorf is seeking an Advanced Maintenance and Support Engineer focused on Databases. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of Diebold Nixdorf's products and solutions to customers, with a focus on database design, implementation, maintenance, and support.

Requirements

• Experience in handling large and complex E-Business environments
• Ability to drive performance issues in database and application stack and complex architecture issues
• Experience in installation, configuration & administration of DBs (Oracle, SQL, Postgres)
• In-depth understanding of Advanced Architectures (Multi-Node, DMZ, etc)
• Strong Database backup and recovery skills
• Excellent troubleshooting skills DB
• Ability to understand SLAs and address incidents/tickets as per priority
