Coordenador de Planejamento de Materiais - Manaus/AMs

We are looking for a Materials Planning Coordinator to ensure timely availability of materials to support production schedules and customer requirements. The role involves material planning, inventory control, and supplier coordination to maintain smooth operations and optimize costs.

Requirements

• Analyze demand forecasts and production plans to determine material requirements
• Develop and maintain material planning schedules aligned with manufacturing timelines
• Monitor stock levels and perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize excess and shortages
• Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to guarantee timely delivery
• Track purchase orders and resolve delivery issues proactively
• Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems (TOTVS)
• Prepare reports on material status, inventory levels
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements in planning
• Support cost-control initiatives and lean manufacturing practices
