The Vice President of Fundraising Solutions is a senior executive responsible for leading, scaling, and optimizing DickersonBakker’s direct response agency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, direct response marketing, or agency management
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven success scaling a service-based business through periods of rapid growth
• Strong financial acumen and demonstrated P&L ownership of 7–8 figure budgets
• Expertise in project management, resource planning, and process optimization across multiple concurrent programs
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship management skills
• Experience building and maintaining trusted relationships with senior nonprofit leaders and boards
• Experience in serving the nonprofit or faith-based sector strongly preferred
