Job Description
The Retail Store Sales Associate will assist their team to fulfill Blick's commitment to our customers, the Arts, and our local communities by maintaining outstanding customer service, generating revenue through product knowledge, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Consistently delivers superior customer service
- Completes and utilizes various programs and training
- Displays an energetic and positive attitude with customer interactions
- Assists in coordinating merchandise set-ups and maintains store visual standards
- Follows directions and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines
- Reports low stock levels, inventory discrepancies, and customer product requests to management
- Maintains regular attendance and adheres to retail attendance policy
- Lifts and carries 50 pounds using proper techniques and following safety rules
- Prolonged walking, standing, and climbing ladders
- Minimal local travel may be required
