Job Description
VRAI is seeking a Production & Quality Control Manager to oversee fulfillment, integrity, and quality control in the jewelry industry. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in jewelry production, quality control, and technical production, with a sharp analytical mindset and strong vendor relations experience.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in jewelry or diamond production, quality control, and technical production
- Strong background in vendor sourcing, onboarding, and evaluation
- Deep expertise in the jewelry development and manufacturing lifecycle
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements
- Proficiency in ERP systems and other operational tools
