Job Description
Diamond Foundry Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the upkeep, repair, and new additions to the facility. The role involves managing a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring equipment reliability and performance, and optimizing equipment utilization to meet production goals and 100% facility uptime.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar engineering discipline
- 5+ years of facilities manager experience
- Proven experience in the full lifecycle of advanced manufacturing equipment
- Proficiency in 3D/2D CAD, applying principles of Design for Manufacturing and assembly (DFMA and GD&T)
- Strong ability to troubleshoot control systems and oversee the maintenance, scheduling, and upgrades of critical plant infrastructure
