Contract & Invoice Operations Specialist - Portuguese speaking

We're looking for a Contract & Invoice Operations Specialist - Portuguese speaking to join our team in Budapest. As a Contract and Invoice Operations Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for managing contracts and invoices for Diageo customers, providing support to commercial sales and field sales teams, and ensuring compliance with business process guidelines. You will work with a diverse team from around the world and have the opportunity to work with a wide range of brands.

Requirements

• Excellent Business English and Portuguese
• Spanish knowledge is a plus
• Highly numerate and precise with high analytical skills and good reconciliation
• Strong interpersonal, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• Identify clear priorities and always focus on them
• Work within and ensure the team works within the commercial timelines and relevant business process guidelines required to execute efficiently and brilliantly
