Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial or administrative vocational training, preferably with a focus on HR
• Further education qualification as a Personnel Specialist (m/f/d)
• Passion for HR and initial professional experience (> 1 year) in personnel administration
• Organizational skills
• Absolute confidentiality, loyalty, and independent and responsible work
• Ability to juggle many different tasks and spontaneous requests
• Secure use of common MS Office programs
• Experience in using HR software (ideally)
• Very good German and good English skills in words and writing
