Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Digitalisierung ab Februar/März 2026 (mind. 16h / Woche)

We are looking for a Student Assistant to work in the field of digitalization. You will be responsible for various tasks such as analysis and optimization of user experiences, customer support, creation of target group-specific content, management of web content, and feature optimizations. You will work with our content management system (Typo3) and take care of the maintenance of web page content.

Requirements

• Enrolled in the field of Communication Science, Media, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Architecture/Interior Architecture or a comparable course of study
• First practical experience is ideal
• Motivated to face new challenges and can quickly learn new issues
• Strong communication skills, empathetic, and good understanding of target groups and user needs
• Tech-savvy and able to communicate technical topics in a clear and target group-specific manner
• Willing to learn about the DGNB system and the topic of building products or have initial knowledge
• Willing to learn about CRM/CMS programs and project management tools (Atlassian) or have first experiences
• Well-organized and appreciate working independently
