Horticulturist

This role is a hands-on position responsible for supporting all aspects of landscape and garden maintenance, ensuring all gardens and outdoor spaces are maintained to the highest aesthetic standards.

Requirements

• Partner with the Horticulture team to meet members' objectives and to provide property support
• Perform landscape/garden maintenance, seasonal color coordination/maintenance, and installation
• Perform equipment maintenance, landscape management, and irrigation tasks etc. with minimal guidance and oversight
• Assist Horticulture team members with contractor supervision
• Maintain a flexible work schedule. Some unscheduled hours will be required
• Perform miscellaneous projects and errands as required
• Maintain a high level of strict confidentiality and professionalism
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
