Dexcom Corporation is a pioneer in continuous glucose monitoring, and we're looking for a Quality & Escalations Supervisor to lead our Technical Support team. As a Technical Support Supervisor, you will oversee the daily handling of technical escalations, manage QA activities, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance processes and drive operational excellence.
Requirements
- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of Technical Support Specialists
- Oversee the daily handling of technical escalations
- Manage QA activities, ensuring adherence to QA guidelines and completion of planned evaluations
- Collaborate closely with Technical Support leadership, Quality, Training, and other business units
