Dexcom Corporation is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist 2 to provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common enterprise applications
- Experience with hardware diagnostics and repair
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
