Dexcom Corporation is a pioneer in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) and is looking for a Commercial(e) Sédentaire / French - German to join their team in Lucerne, Switzerland. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new patients and converting leads in collaboration with healthcare professionals and the sales team, while also performing various operational tasks within the team.

Requirements

• Proactive phone prospecting of new patients and regular follow-up of registered patients in the trial program
• Achievement of conversion targets for trial program participants
• High-quality written and telephone customer service in French and German, for patients and healthcare professionals
• Incoming and outgoing call management, with active listening and effective problem resolution
• Support to the team in the absence of a colleague, maintenance of the sales pipeline and respect of treatment deadlines
