Job Description
Dewberry is seeking a Senior Project Manager for their Commercial Utilities – Energy/Renewables Group to develop project strategy, perform engineering/design reviews, manage financial aspects, and mentor junior team members. The role involves collaboration with various teams and requires travel to client and government locations. Dewberry is a market-facing firm dedicated to excellence and innovation.
Requirements
- Contribute to overall business development strategy
- Develop responses to requests for proposals
- Collaborate with technical teams
- Manage project financials
- Coordinate staff and task scheduling
- Mentor and train junior team members
- Collaborate with other groups and company offices
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or equivalent
- Master of Business Administration preferred
- 10+ years of experience managing commercial utility projects
- Relevant licensure in Massachusetts (18 months to obtain)
- Strong communication skills
- Clean driving record
